Terrible communication, they cancelled my card instead of pushing a transaction thru that i approved in person at the bank. Now nothing they can do except send a new card which takes days, unacceptable. How do you make a big mistake like that? Then no way to fix it, plus have to re set up all auto pays linked to card.
Day two of phone transfers not working, hopefully they're working on it.
