Although a fan of the company itself, this location feels lacking to me. It’s been twice now I’ve gone in to withdraw money from my account, and two different tellers tried to ask about the intentions of my money. First time it was the man, who tried asking why the amount, and what it was for. I was put off by it but let it go. Now my second time trying to withdraw cash, and another teller tried asking why I needed the withdrawal. I tried to evade answering and she asked if it was for bills. The manager at this location is horrible!!! She needs customer service training and stop acting like she is better than you. Calling the customer a liar is not good service. Most of the workers here are just as rude. There are a few that work there that aren’t too bad but I highly recommend never going to this location. They definitely don’t wanna deal with customers and then tell her just wanna talk and not do their job.

Go to Ashley's window if you're having any issues with your app. Previously an Att manager, she knew right away how to solve my problem, secured it & got everything working right! Hands down, this is the best local branch!
