I am a customer of Huntington Bank and so is my mom, and she has been for many years. I also do banking with KeyBank and have done so for over 30 years. The difference is night and day. I went to the Huntington Bank in Cortland to open an account for my 17-year-old daughter. We walked in there, and I have to say, it’s not really a very friendly atmosphere. I should have put the bank early due to the fact I had a tight schedule to fit with appointments for the money I was withdrawing the ATM limit was less than what I needed I made the phone call to get my limit boosted that call was lost. I called again waited on the phone spoke with the lady who had got my amount of approved by the time the amount was approved the ATM went out of order by this time it's been 20 minutes I wait another 15 minutes to go inside.
