I am a customer of Huntington Bank and so is my mom, and she has been for many years. I also do banking with KeyBank and have done so for over 30 years. The difference is night and day. I went to the Huntington Bank in Cortland to open an account for my 17-year-old daughter. We walked in there, and I have to say, it’s not really a very friendly atmosphere.
