As of today, it is not a favorite of mine. I tried to clear up an issue...waited 20 to 25 minutes in drive thru, to be told I had to call the 800 number. I came back and called the number and they said "no, sorry" you need to make a deposit at the Marion Huntington..... terrible, terrible customer service over an FSA for -$12.18 that I closed back end of March.... thought all was taken care of. I will never do FSA through your bank again. Thank you! your rate is minus 20 stars ;)
