The most horrible bank I've ever used! Employees are great. But, it takes a good 15 minutes or more just to make a deposit. I needed to withdraw $5700 and they literally had NO money. They stated they wouldn't have any until Wednesday the following week. They were able to give it to me in $20 Bill's. That was a fun experience trying to buy a car. Then when covid arrived, they closed without notice. I would have to drive an hour to do banking. NOPE, closed my account and will never be back.
They say you can apply online which is what I tried to do, I even submitted my sensitive information driver's license social security number birthday, everything! Only for them to say you have to come in to verify who you are...where did all my sensitive sensitive information go? Is this how they treat potential customers? Hate to see how they serve actual customers!!
This is a great all servservices bank located in the Alma Meijer. Very friendly staff. Check them out today!
