I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I called several times with questions prior to bringing business here and I was never rushed off the phone. You do need to have an appointment for opening an account, but I don't think that's unusual anymore these days. The account manager was helpful and did a good job explaining additional services and offerings without shoving them down my throat. I would recommend this branch!
The tellers & desk jockies act like they are better then you. Wouldn't even give me my balance when I deposited money. The branch in Kenton,Ohio are way more friendly & actually help u. They don't act all snotty like the tellers in Arlington Ohio
Last time I talked to Lindsay before I talked to others. Every time they have me answers in minutes. Outstanding customer service.
Came here passing through town on the way to a funeral..I was already running late and this place didnt help the bank teller sat there and talked to a customer about personal stuff while the pregnant lady did 4 transactions when I told them how rude it was they both ganged up on me telling me its a small community and they would have did the same thing. Incompetent associates and managers!!! No call backs after leaving a voice mail. Phone at ALL branches in the Findlay area always seem to be busy. No one answers the phone. I had to call customer service to correct all the things the idiots at these banks screwed up!!! Where do that get these morons???
