I have had the absolute worst experience with the Huntington bank In Brookville Ohio. I suggest for your own good, and protection you switch banks. Back in February my mother’s bank had fraud on it, her being a signer on my account allowed the fraud to also access my account. We went in as soon as we noticed the fake electronic checks being deposited in our accounts. They never answer the phone and are extreme unhelpful to the point of being preventative. I would recommend banking elsewhere.
Came here to close my account due to them quietly lowering the interest rate. Huntington likes to keep your rate secret. You cant see your rate in your online account and instead have to wait for your monthly statement to arrive in the snail mail. This branch played games and made me do a wire and cashers check on two separate days to close the account. I came in at 3 pm Friday and it took Kerry 1 hour to do a simple wire tranfer.
