Letitia went above and beyond to help me today.
I lost my wallet today and had my Id and debit card inside there, well I called customer service and lady was very nice she was able to cancel my old card and issue a new one, well I explain I am traveling to Florida with my four kids and needed a temp card to use at least for traveling if I needed to take cash out. I went to secretary state kiosk and was able to get replacement card and I did have a picture of my id on my phone. Been here for over an hour just for cashier check the printer down and they don’t give us cash it’s really crazy and we are not from here we came from Ohio
