The last week has been very hard on me. The staff here were incredibly understanding and kind. Helped me sort it all out.
I won't mention the name of the guy. But I called because I bank with huntington.... I bought a house and I wanted to see about getting a loan to purchase a view things, instead of taking money out of my savings. The guy was completely and absolutely RUDE and borderline mocking. He kept laughing at me and he acted as though I had no money or credit to even get a loan. Little does he know.... I have the amount I wanted to get a loan for x4, in their bank! Also. I went into the bank to get $100 bill because I have twenties and they refused to do it because I'm not a customer hello you're a bank I didn't ask for the world the customer service there is poor
