This review is about 2 employees only. One is a teller and the other is a gal who opens accounts. I will not go into detail but teller is rude. It has occurred more than once and I feel as though it's personal with her. Second is when I was closing an account and she asked why. I told her and was told that they were following company policy and she could lose her job. She told me I didn't pay her bills. My comment was not directed at her but at Huntington in general. I'm in the process of closing accounts.
The gal working the drive in Katie Dunkelman is the best employee of any business I"ve had the honor of meeting in decades , deserves to be manager.
They charge $10 to cash a check from their own bank if you lack an account. This branch takes pleasure in providing the worst services. They will make you wait and chuckle about it.
This bank handle an express SBA loan for a client of mine buying a business, worst service i have ever seen and i have helped hundreds of client buy businesses using an SBA loan. To top it off the loan was closed on Friday and funds were supposed to be wired to seller of the business. Monday night a still no transfer. The buyer tried calling and emailing earlier in the day to see if they dropped the ball again and forgot to do the transfer. Wasn't surprised that no one emailed or called him back.
