The tellers are very professional and have always treated me well. I drive a school bus and at Christmas time I give each middle schooler a $2.00 bill. Thanks to the helpful tellers at this branch I’ve learned that I can order 100 of them each year! I heartily recommend the branch where the employees will go the last mile for you.
This review is about 2 employees only. One is a teller and the other is a gal who opens accounts. I will not go into detail but teller is rude. It has occurred more than once and I feel as though it's personal with her. Second is when I was closing an account and she asked why. I told her and was told that they were following company policy and she could lose her job. She told me I didn't pay her bills. My comment was not directed at her but at Huntington in general. I'm in the process of closing accounts.
