This bank handle an express SBA loan for a client of mine buying a business, worst service i have ever seen and i have helped hundreds of client buy businesses using an SBA loan. To top it off the loan was closed on Friday and funds were supposed to be wired to seller of the business. Monday night a still no transfer. I will never bank with or recommend Huntington Bank again ,been with them for years ,I am the guardian of My special needs daughter, when her CD Came due I was not notified by letter ,email or phone call ,Huntington did an automatic roll over for 1/2 of one percent which was about 4% below the going rate .i ask Were the thinking of there customers best interest or there own ,and to make things worse they charged her over 2,000 dollars as a penalty to get out of the CD ,all of her money was moved to another financial institut... read more
Went to make a withdrawal from ATM at the bank did not get the money from ATM. Went inside and told the bank they said there is nothing they can do. When I said that was bullshit they call the police.
This review is for the atm machine only! I bank through the atm machine 90 percent of the time and rely on it working. When I pulled up this morning and noticed they finally replaced the atm with a new one I was relieved. The older unit was too low for a truck or van and it was out of order at least half of the times I needed it. I pushed my card into the reader, entered my pin and laid my cash inside the door.
