My overall experience with this location has been okay, but they really need to do something with their phone system. Someone should either be assigned to answer the phone or at least put it on hold so you don't have to keep calling back hoping that somebody will answer. Makes it difficult to run a business if I can't plan my day around business activities. Because of this I have decided to remove a star.
My wife and I have been banking with Huntington soon after we moved to Kent in late 2024. We have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I've been in the Kent branch on a number of occasions and it's always been a positive experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been a member of this bank for over eight years and I have been treated like absolute trash these past few. I’ve been ignored and lied to constantly. I have had an issue with my account that has yet to be resolved several weeks later. They don’t seem to keep track well regarding anything. It’s a constant loop. I will be closing my account. I would not recommend this branch to anyone if they value themselves at all. Stick to a credit union, they’ll treat you so much better.
Do not use standby cash ever it will wreck your credit score i lost 150 points in 1 week and have never been late on a payment ever!!! Worse than a credit card.
If I could rate a 0 out of 5 I would. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Huntington bank. I called earlier to schedule an appointment for a friend of mine who is non english speaking. She is here on a permit and needed my help calling to schedule the appointment and attending the appointment with her.
