They’ve made up for an earlier isolated incident. They’ve been great ever since.
Their phone access is infuriating. Clearly the banks need to make as much money is possible outweighs the need to provide customer satisfaction. And when you go to a branch they tell you they can't help you. I've been a customer for decades; customer service obviously is no longer a priority
My overall experience with this location has been okay, but they really need to do something with their phone system. Someone should either be assigned to answer the phone or at least put it on hold so you don't have to keep calling back hoping that somebody will answer. Makes it difficult to run a business if I can't plan my day around business activities. Because of this I have decided to remove a star.
My wife and I have been banking with Huntington soon after we moved to Kent in late 2024. We have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I've been in the Kent branch on a number of occasions and it's always been a positive experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
