This branch manager said she would email me by the end of the day haven't got it yet I had an accident at work where I was laid up in the hospital bed for over 4 months I called customer service and explain to them what was going .. customer service said don't worry we won't close your account since you had an accident and you're $60 negative in the bank but they lied to me and close my account I called several branches to explain my situation none of them called me back so when I called customer service they said they will ... read more
I'm autistic, but I get through life on my own. When I come to this location, the people at the counter have no idea that I'm autistic, but they fill the paperwork out for me so that I'm able to deposit into my account. I really appreciate that they fill out that little piece of paper for me. I never asked questions they never get upset about it. And I just really appreciate their help. Thank you.
