Very poor customer service and support. The Huntington Bank location on Burbank Road assisted with ease for what the teller at this bank location refused to do. It’s a shame that as a Huntington customer, you’d be treated so poorly and sent out the door; all the while being served and treated professionally at a different location. I think management needs to complete a quality control audit at this location before Huntington Bank loses their customers.
Cannot even close an account at the branch. Terrible customer service.
Worst customer service! Have an problem an they say all well... Nothing we can do well could learn how to do your job an explain that its a terrible place to bank...
