This bank sucks. Won't help you when it's their fault that their auto pay doesn't automatically restart at the first of the year. Had our car repossessed because it didnt automatically take our payment. Had waste a whole day getting our car back and when we went to the bank to make the payment their system was down. Thanks for stealing 90 bucks for the tow and for the wasted time driving to two banks to complete 1 transaction. You are a horrible and incompetent bank. 20 year customer. tried to resolve an estate matter. the branch manager was condescending and rude. if they can't value long time customers, they won't care about you.

Don’t bother banking here. My mother died almost 2 months ago and the bank refuses to release her money to her trust, even with the necessary court documents. They make promises and never follow through. Absolutely worthless.
No one was available to handle my business banking needs - seemed like a waste of time even attempting to bank there, what was I thinking ?
