The tellers are super nice and efficient as they are allowed to be. It just took 30 minutes to deposit 3 checks and make a withdrawal from the same account - and that is without waiting in line. The teller, not her fault at all, had to get an override. There was one person in the office who could do it and she was having a conversation about a client on speakerphone qhere everyone in the lobby could hear it. after the call, rather than do the override, she took another meeting in person and ignored the request. If this is the Orrville one man I was trying to cash a check, it took forever. There were like like people that came an went and I'm jus like what the hell how hard is it to cash 1 check. That and it is in the weirdest place in Orrville, I thought it was in town nope its the furthest one out of town!! Only time I've been there, so can't say much more.
