Brenda is very helpful.
The employees are nice however this company does everything like it's the 1800s and the lines are so long because everything requires customers to fill out forms and withdrawals have to wait for another teller to override the transaction so the wait and lines are always long not just here but every Huntington. Other banks you use a card terminal and pin for withdrawals and don't have to fill out forms. Guess there slogan should be welcome to the 1800s.
