Always knowledgeable, great service.
Normally have a 5 star experience here but today ruined my entire imagine of this location and I've been banking with Huntington for years.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They messed up a promotion on my account& keep dodging me trying to get it fixed. I have stopped in 3 times in person & called to speak with someone 5 times. They keep promising a call back, even “as long as the building doesnt burn down” and still, no call back.
