Terrible experience. I have made 3 trips to the bank and have nothing done correctly by one of their Financial Relationships Bankers. I then received a letter from Huntington threatening to close my account if I don't provide the papers that I was told weren't needed. I don't think that it is asking too much to have people who know what they are doing working at the bank. Instead of threatening me they should have asked the banker why he doesn't know how to do his job.

We have multiple accounts with Huntington, as do our children. I have to say that the Huntington Bank on the Square in Medina is the friendliest, most accommodating bank! Rachel has gone above and beyond so many times for my husband and I. We so appreciate all of the efforts and smiles. Thank you Rachel and Huntington Bank!!!
