This branch renewed my faith in banking. Went in to pay off my car loan - no appointment - and there was a queue. While waiting, the branch manager greeted us in line & asked if there was anything he could help with while we waited. Excellent customer service!
I cannot wait to switch banks. No one ever answers the phone. If you need to make any transaction you will be waiting forever. Checks take a ridiculous amount of time to clear, even checks from local businesses. The lending department is the only good thing about this branch.
I cannot emphasize enough how great this bank is. If you're reading this and are thinking about switching, just do it (Especially if you're coming from Glass City Federal Credit Union). I was at that credit union for over 10 years and the last 5 of them were actually terrible. Jolene is probably the best branch manager to exist in this area. Not only is personal banking good here, but business banking is somehow even better. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars I would.
