Awful experience. Waited 10 minutes. Went to shop came back.. same guy in line. Waited 10 more minutes for service. UNEXCEPTABLE. NEVER COMING BACK. Not to mention having to go into a grocery store is absurd
Extremely poor management at this location. Employees need to be trained on proper customer service. Employees think they can yell at clients and treat them however they’d like here with no repercussions. Complaints are being filed.

I went in today to fix an issue I was having with signing into the Huntington app on my phone. Vicki was very helpful and professional. She helped me fix the issue and even helped me open a savings account! I'd also like to give a shout out to the woman who was working the front counter, I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you were also very kind, helpful and professional! Its Friday..they have one person at the counter..where people are paying off loans, trying to get home mortgages..so ridiculous..I just want quarters..waited 49 minutes already
