What a garbage Bank to be honest with you I went to exchange a bunch of small bills for bigger bills, a direct exchange dollar-for-dollar, and the idiot was insistent that I had an account there to do a cash money exchange. I wouldn't waste my time with these retards for anything
Main teller isn't helpful and it's NOT friendly
This bank has gone way downhill since the change to huntington . there is no help ,lines are long and very timely . calls are put on hold till you hang up. I realize today it the first friday of a new month ,but today is just extra unruly . If you know its going to be a day like today get more help in there ! they have also taken it upon themselves to stop sending my statements via U.S. mail, and sending them on line. now I have to go to the bank to get a copy and the lines are BS.
