Recommend any other bank than this one. Charging $10 to cash their customers' checks is ludicrous. Their customer wrote me a check and they want to charge me to get my money.
Terrible customer service I have been there three times to renew mature cd,s the first time a young man took care of me. He was very professional. Great customer service. The next two times I was helped by a very rude lady. One this new cd matures I will find a better bank to park my cash.
Nothing but the BEST service from this bank - Danville IN branch. I’ve been with them for over twenty years. 👍🏼
Extremely slow service, waited over 20 minutes until they even serviced the person in front of us, who were there for well over 30 minutes. They are constantly this slow. Not satisfied at all.
