This is the best bank around. I've had my account since I was 12 years old. I am now 40. My husband had a different bank, but has come to the good side. NaJean alone is all the reason to bank at the Danville branch, but really everyone there is great and works hard for us. NaJean and Caleb are the best.
The tellers are friendly and polite, always greeted with a smile, and most importantly they know numbers real good.
Recommend any other bank than this one. Charging $10 to cash their customers' checks is ludicrous. Their customer wrote me a check and they want to charge me to get my money.
Terrible customer service I have been there three times to renew mature cd,s the first time a young man took care of me. He was very professional. Great customer service. The next two times I was helped by a very rude lady. One this new cd matures I will find a better bank to park my cash.
