Wasted my time. Rude wouldn’t give me any solutions to my issues. Due to this we switch banks to citizens and have had zero issues since. Used to be a good bank since the pandemic things have gone downhill in there customer service department
Just rude. The guy who whistles and ignores customers. Then treats them like trash with inappropriate comments. And judging others in line on appearance. I felt held hostage by this man. I will be removing my business account for hunting bank.
i was excited to take my first check from my new job and open a checking account yesterday. At about noon i walked in the doors and was 3rd in line. As i waited to be seen there was a song playing on the radio and one of the employees in the back was whistling to the music. This man was whistling so loud and for so long i had to leave.
