And they wonder why they have such a low rating , we entered the bank to get cash since the ATM line was so full .A very rude "person " asked us what we needed & I told thi "person " the cash as I got my debit card out but I was distracted by this "persons" rude greeting & this "persons " crappy behavior that I was waiting on them to give me a withdraw slip & this "person "rudely told me that they needed my ID .Well that's obvious but the behavior of the staff needs to improve, this "person " didn't have a name tag & I hones... read more
Hours are terrible. Monday through Thursday close at 4 pm, Friday at 5 pm and Saturday at noon. Stopped by on a Thursday at 4:02 pm. Inside and drive through closed. Very inconvenient.
I was loving this bank until today ! I received a email ail from Huntington ofacode to use for a purchuse so of course I logged into my account and everything was OK. I had no pending transactions buti called Huntington anyway. The woman from customer service was amazing and she canceled my debit card because someone tried to buy $150.00 worth of merchandise on Amazon .So I waiting on a new card and have no way to access my money. Mind you I was just about to go to the store and then decided I was going to the bank for a ATM... read more
Dont bank here if you need to use the ATM it's CONSTANTLY out of service. Constantly.
It's a great bank few years ago I'm not sure now I haven't dealt with em in a few years.
