I opened an account, setup direct deposit, account frozen, within 2/3 days! I called the toll free number, they were no help. They would not tell me why, refused to close my account, said I had to go in person and then informed me there was no bank close to me. I called the closest bank and he didn't know why and, basically, asked me why!!! He proceeded to say, 'let me see... ok, you are about 80 miles so that's about an hours drive...'
