Drive over here and the stupid ATM out of service at 8:45am bank don't open until 9. And not even another ATM in the lobby. Just straight inconvenience
This 5-star review is specifically for Anastasia at the Walton, KY location—not for Huntington Bank as a whole. We have an auto loan with Huntington and needed a letter for a refinance with another bank. After getting nowhere with the 800 number (outsourced and unhelpful), we reached out to the nearest branch—4.5 hours away. Anastasia answered the phone and went above and beyond to help us remotely, and was able to help us. Thank you, Anastasia!
Closed my account for no reason after 2 days of my direct deposit hitting. I was then unable to use my money and struggled financially because of this. Then they had the nerve to make me drive to their physical location to make me pick up a check, their nearest location is an hour away. These people have no business starting checking accounts for customers and I hope this bank goes out of business for their horrible practices

I just moved here in October, my original bank is wells fargo, but there is none here in Kentucky. I went to Huntington bank to have a bank here, and it's been nothing but trouble! I put money in my acct and used my debit card for 3 days before they locked my acct for no reason, frozen my money and had to wait almost a week just for them to tell me they CLOSED MY ACCT! For NO REASON. I will not suggest here or be trying again at anytime. Smh
