Absolutely love the folks in this branch. Always greet you by name when you walk in. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Pete was super helpful in getting my debit card situation resolved today.
The bank is fine, but the drive thru during rain is a disaster. It provides no real protection from the rain and directs rain into the window of your car. Poorly designed drive thru and twice the ATM has not recorded my deposits. I had to use my receipts to get my money. I would not use their ATM for deposits at all!
Pete was very helpful in getting my accounts closed since we moved. Cheat Lake is the only office that answers their phone. And he always does. Thank you Pete.
