This is not a review of the branch, but a review of Huntington as a whole. The branch was very helpful figuring out the situation. Huntington closed my account without notice claiming although there was activity in and out but the balance was $0. I found this out when I went to the branch because my account was missing from my online account. The account was closed 9/30 and I had transferred the balance out 9/24 to pay a bill. Clayton Banks was extremely helpful. So were Reilly Schoeming and Ethan Thomas took time to be patient and answer all my questions about the pros and cons of using Huntington's debit vs credit card. The safest option to decrease fraudulent charges is the credit card. I have frequented this branch often and have always had great customer care.
