While calling Huntington Bank or trying the website's chat is a complete waste of time (likely the cause of customers leaving this bank), I want to point out that some people actually care about helping their customers. The branch manager at downtown Ashland, OH (Jeffrey Haney) was incredibly supportive and did everything in his powers to get my problem solved. It took time, but he was diligent and patient. Thank you Jeff!
They don't answer the phone, said they were dealing with customers and to leave a call back number. Did that and waited they never called. Drove there went inside, no other customers, just two girls standing there doing nothing. Just as I imagine when I call any place with an automated system that puts me on hold.
