The worst Huntington branch by far. DO I HAVE A STORY FOR YOU In November 2023 I bought a used truck through Ford and financed it with 5/3 bank. On April 18, 2024 I refinanced this loan through Huntington Bank in Independence, KY. Last week 6/19 I traded that truck back into Ford and bought a new truck. Don’t ask me why it took me three payments to notice, BUT it turns out that Huntington Bank never paid the loan at 5/3. So I’ve been paying on two loans for the same car. ZERO STARS. If you happen to have Scott Finn as your loan officer, RUN AWAY. Terrible communication. Lazy. Keeps information from us. Would NOT give me his supervisor’s information until I had asked him EIGHT TIMES. We were set to close on Tuesday but he contacted us less than 24 hours before and things were running behind and he wasn’t sure when it would be.
