I have consistently had positive experiences with Chase. I recently opened an account with Huntington Bank due to an attractive promotional offer and a more robust savings application. Unfortunately, the banker gave me the wrong direct deposit documentation, which has resulted in the forfeiture of the promotion. I find this situation to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be removing all my money and going back to chase. They should have made this right since I did sign up to direct deposit. I wouldnt bank here... read more
