Terrible service. Went in for a loan and it took forever for the loan officer to return any calls or emails resulting in not getting the loan. Then requested that I reapply. No sir not with you or this location. Highly recommend if you bank with Huntington to not bank at this location nor apply for any loans. Not sure if they are just lazy or too busy for new customers which I highly doubt. Very unhappy customer.

Has degenerated over the past couple of years...one teller and one manager in the building last time I visited. Manager was "busy" and could not renew a CD for me. Why do I need to make a "reservation" to let them continue to use my money? (and why can't I do it online?)

Sorting thru some stressful issues with banking on various levels and this bank stepped up to not one but ALL of my issues and continues to be a place I look forward to going to.
