horrible customer service!! One guy who is working at Norridge branch( I do not recall his name but he has a long hair) is arrogant and disrespectful with lack of personal culture and slightest idea how to treat customers whose money are bringing "food on his table". Person like that should not be working on position requires contact with customers. It only hurts bank reputation.

Be careful working with this institution. I’ve been working with the Cumberland and Lawrence branch for over four weeks trying to rectify several errors that have occurred on my account. I continue to call and they never answer the phone and they always tell me that the people are at lunch even if I call it 4 o’clock. Walked in to open a account. Tells me I need a appointment! There is no one in there! I need a state ID! I tell him I have a drivers license. Says: I need a state ID! Are you freakin kidding me! The young person at the branch does not know a drivers license is a State ID. I just left!! My advice Stay away! If I could give negative stars I would -10.
