Good local bank many branches

horrible customer service!! One guy who is working at Norridge branch( I do not recall his name but he has a long hair) is arrogant and disrespectful with lack of personal culture and slightest idea how to treat customers whose money are bringing "food on his table". Person like that should not be working on position requires contact with customers. It only hurts bank reputation.
