So much bad experience the customer service are poor service and horrible i am really so disappointed with this Huntington bank disrespect staff waiting waiting just not issue resolve 🤦♂️
Bad management and bad service
I paid off a loan at Niles, IL local branch. And the associate promised to send paid off letter in mail, but never received. And absolutely no response received in this matter. Later received another invoice adding fraudulent fees.
My bank teller was Robin. She was wonderful. She displayed great customer service and initiating great rapport. She helped with my deposit and withdrawal and had a smile on her face the entire time. It’s nice to have personable tellers with great communication skills. The new hires up front have been fantastic.
