We have banking with Huntington Bank for about 30 years we have only had about 2 hiccups in our entire time, but we have never had any problems Thank You Huntington Bank
They took my check when they was not suppose too, poor communication, they do not know what they be talking about when you call and they have horrible customer service just be trying to get people out the way
This bank gives me great anxiety. Atm machine never works. Not many locations that have their ATMs inside. There's nothing in place for excellent customer service. This bank is good for very basic banking needs. Deposit and withdrawal purposes only. Nothing more than that. Dealing with the tellers are pointless. I can only imagine what's it's like handling large amounts of cash with this bank or even a loan. It is what it is at this point I suppose. I hope eventually they start to care more about customer service.
