Overall not great. Customer service is difficult to contact and they call you back at random times even if scheduled. Fees are awful.
UPDATE The manager, Will, is great. He cares about his customers and the community. He deserves 5 STARS for his follow-through and communication. He will truly "Make Time For Every Person." Still a terrible company. Huntington says "caring about people since 1866." They are greedy, demeaning, unkind. Why anyone would bank with such a company, is beyond me.

This is a really great bank. The Branch Manager, Will, is very knowledgeable about the banking industry and very approachable. My wife and I closed on a HELOC with Don, loan officer, and the whole process was very smooth. Great products and great service!
They are the most gracious people. The manager, Will, went well out of his way to make sure our problem was taken care of and the cashiers were very friendly also.
