Very friendly and courteous staff every time I do business there. I plan to continue doing business, as I am also close within distance.
Based off my visits. Staff feels condescending in drive thru. Pulling a small amount of money of 3k is like pulling teeth. It took longer then any other bank and its an inconvenience process. Staff says They have to send text messages For confirmation to withdraw, Even though they have my ID and debit card and my face on camera.
