I have been with this bank and the banks prior to Huntington for more than 24 years. Overall I'm very please with their service. Until I entered this branch. I had never read their review until I decided to write one myself. I can understand the low rating. I went there last week to get information about withdrawing or sending a large some of money. I have an account with Huntington (for now). I came in to set up a business checking account, but had to wait while she took a phone call. Then was told I needed my letter like I was sitting in her 2nd grade classroom. I won't be back Karen.
