Very nice people from the branch manager all the way down to the tellers they really care much better than the Alexandria branch
Tanner was great. Seems like he really cares and is professional while helping. Left me with no questions and a really good impression.
I have banked with Huntington since 2011. Today was my first time going to this branch since I was in the area. I waited 45 minutes in line. Very slow, then they said the printer, copy machine was broken. I ended up using the ATM. Very frustrating having a half vacation day and wasting almost an hour of it at the bank. I do not ever plan to go back to this branch. I never had a problem, but if this happens again elsewhere, I will look at banking elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
Horrible. Their atm took almost $1,000 from me without depositing into my account. The teller told me to make a claim and that there’s nothing else she can do. “If your money is even in the atm” implying I’m running a scam or something.. nope, just trying to pay my bills. But now my money is gone..
