No ATMs at the branch in Jefferson Hills (at least not where you can access them outsidethe building, which they inconveniently close at 4PM, promptly). Smug, arrogant tellers. Can't transfer money into my account using Zelle "at this time," and I tried this several times. Can't get anyone on the phone. Basically, it's a bank that can't do the most bare-bone basic banking activities.
Waited over 5 minutes to get waited on. The ATM is ALWAYS broke.
I am pleased by the gentlemen's attentiveness, professionalism and welcoming personas everytime I've been there.
Nothing closer to Monongahela area, no one to reach than argumentative representatives on phone.
