this place is bad people’s .Bad customers service .They don’t care the customers .my brother have an appointment ,but they are not response
I walked in without an appointment because I had an appointment with a different location that failed to help me. Marcus took the time to open up the business checking account on no notice and on a Saturday. He also gave me some great recommendations with what accounts would best suit me. I would highly recommended this location.
I went there around 3 clock to open up an account they said they busy and can’t help me today come back tomorrow at 11. Next day I come again as they gave me appointment at 11 to open up the account but once I reach to the counter they saying no one is here to help me some is in lunch i have to wait for that person to come back and they don’t know when that person will be back. Very bad customer service, if you don’t have 3 hrs time in hand don’t go there for any need.
