The very slowest branch ever. Fifteen minutes in the drive through? What's the point of having one, so I don't get rained on? Get frustrated and walk inside and see three people sitting talking in an office? Get a new branch manager. It's like they couldn't care less about the customers time. Understaffed? Pay better, you are making money.
Alter Location needs to brighten up and smile sometimes. For some reason a couple of the tellers act like they're teed off about something all the time. Ijs
