When i opened my bank account here there was a 400 dollar bonus. I had them add the promotional code to my account and then i asked them if it had to be a direct deposit or could i just deposit cash and it'll work. They said the cash deposit will work so i deposit about 600 into the account that day. After the 90 days of waiting for the bonus it said i didn't meet the requirements. Went through the drive-through to cash an $85 check from our car insurance company. Husband and I each had to show two forms of ID and then they charged us $10 to cash an $85 check. I wouldn’t ever bank here if it was the last bank on earth.
This bank only has one teller open every Monday at peak time when people get out of work. No other but window open. In line now 6 deep. Trying to leave work deposit. Ridiculous. People leaving left and right. Need more lanes open! Been waiting 20 minutes. 4:00 is a busy time.
