Very unhelpful and argumentative tellers. So much so I switched banks
Thank God Yall Closing This Branch. The Employees At This Branch Are So Unprofessional And Rude Til It's Ridiculous. Never Seen Nothing Like It.
Notice on the door says the lobby is supposed to be open and the doors are locked during business hours. Waited in the drive thru for almost an HOUR and they were serving people who cut ahead of everyone and went through the closed lane. Absolute bull! This branch is the worst I've ever seen. Why am I even using Huntington?
So slow and the atm is always broken. The lobby is always closed and there only ever seems to be one teller for three lanes. They served a closed lane before the open ones and even a couple who walked up to the window after we arrived before us.
Super Unprofessional… I Guess They Make They Own Stipulations At This Branch… The Lobby Is Never Open.. The Atm Is Always Broken… And They Close Anywhere From 12-15 Minutes Early On Any Given Day… Last But Not Least The Branch Manager Is Very Racist Told Me You People You Need To Realize We Have A Life Too When Questioned About Closing Early…
