Poorly educated staff, specifically David. Awful attitude. Find another profession if you don’t know how to interact with PEOPLE. The previous review that was written about him was clearly written by… himself!
I go there for quarters as my apartment laundry only takes quarters. I used to only grab a couple rolls but now I do 10 rolls at a time do decrease the frequency due to how time consuming this transaction is. I usually can walk right to the teller because the lobby is empty. Once the transaction starts it takes between 10 and 20 minutes each time. I closed all of my accounts in Huntington! Website is bad, app is bad!
Very nice customer service management is good..
The location looks like short of staff. I wanted to open an account 15 min before closing, and they said we can not because it it is just two of us here. I said, "Let's try because there are no clients at the bank now, but David CD said he doesn’t ready to help me at the time."
