Very slow transactions at this branch. Then the cashier walks away to help the drive through people when it was finally my turn after the sloooooooow transaction before me. There was also another teller just standing around.
After making a mistake on my own, I was able to come to this branch and get help. I wish I got the kind woman’s name who helped me. She was very understanding and efficient and didn’t make me feel silly for making my mistake.
With there being only one girl upfront in the branch, and one person in front of me, No excuse while I was in line for 20 minutes. I get up to the window finally to deposit money and she says I need My drivers license. I know anyone can deposit money into anyone’s account. Since someone drove me up there, and I didn’t have my license, she wouldn’t deposit my money. Didn’t matter that I knew my license number, My account number, my address and birthdate. After a waste of my lunch hour, no can do. Unacceptable!!!
