Nothing but trouble since I moved to Flint, last week my account had 180 that magically appeared out of nowhere, they can't even explain why, now today I'm -183.00 in the hole. I asked why it was just suddenly there and the teller gave me some lame excuse, they've done this before where they caused my account to be -$9000. Poor customer service, tellers don't seem to know what they are doing sometimes and it's been a pretty horrible experience so far, never had this kind of trouble from the lake Orion branch. Very friendly tellers. But try opening a business account and it is mass confusion. After 18 months still can not get my account opened properly. After years away from this bank they called and promised me a rate on a HELOC, the rate ended up 0.5% higher than promised and the manager who promised would not return my calls. Major integrity issue with this branch.
Drive thru slow. Might have to go somewhere else Sorry!!
