Been banking with this bank under many different names for 36 yrs best bank around.
Of all the banks ive ever banked with in my 50 years, Huntington has got to be the worst. Looking forward to closing my account and banking with someone who actually cares.
Huntington closed my account without notifying me they did. Could not even give me a reason why they did when I found out they did. Had the account for 13 years. It seems like they should have to give the customer a reason for closing the account. Plus let customers know that they are closing it before they do. Really screwed me up with having direct deposit going to it in a few days. Will let anyone know not to bank with them. Terrible customer service!!!
Banks are the only business that you can totally ignore the customer by never answering the phone or returning calls and stay in business. This branch is great on both accounts.
