This branch is horrible, its like they dont want your business. I will either look for a new location or a new bank asap. Meijers location seems to be better. Update, I came in on 126 of 2026. When no one in there, customer wise, three people working in One Security guard and was told just to wait for 15 minutes. I stood there.I'm wondering what the heck am I even doing business with this place?Anymore, I tried to give him a second chance.I won't be giving him a third.I'm on my way to hill road to close my account out
I have driven around my city of Flint, Michigan looking for a ATM to deposit cash into my account & every one of them is saying NO CASH DEPOSITS! What in the world is going on?
I absolutely love those who work here always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a problem they are understanding and quick to resolve it. They are also open a little later then most so great if u work till 4.
Worst branch. Extremely incompetent staff.
