This branch is consistently poor in customer service. I use the Warren Giant Eagle on a weekly basis and it is very common between 5 to 7 PM to see all the employees walk away from the registers and go into the side room for 15 - 20 mins and leave the place completely empty. There have been numerous times where the employees make customers wait in line for 10 -15 mins. with open registers while they do something else. Went to open an account for my daughter. We got there at 6:15/6:20. Two bank employees were in the back and left us wait for several minutes. Finally they came out from the back. Told us to wait a few more minutes and went back to what they were doing in the back. When they finally came out again and asked us why we were there, they sent us away because there wasn't enough time before they closed (at 7) to open an account. There would have been, had we not stood there and waited. We will be going somewhere else.

The manager Ashley is awful. I’ve never had worse service at a bank. Ever. Go elsewhere. In fact stay away from Huntington. You have other choices. I’ll be closing my accounts.
