Been a customer for many years and thinking about changing banks. I paid my truck loan off at this location and they still can not stop the auto payments from coming out of my checking account. Been 3 months and still have to go there to ask why this keeps happening and they assure me after signing new forms and everything but still get big withdraws from my checking account and don't get it back for a week after I go and ask why this keeps happening!
