Tony was very rude to me for closing my account.
DON'T USE TELLERS - Gave a $3,500 check in person, used my debit card as form of ID. They put it into a wrong account, when I noticed two day's later they told me they couldn't provide any print out of the issue, and that it would show up Monday (the next business day). Monday comes and no money. Go back in and the manager tells me its 3-5 days (not Monday) and I am able to get a print out of the case. Use the ATM. The humans are not reliable.
Cashed a check for 2k asked for large bills teller said this is what we have . Asked to speak with a manager so that I can get larger bills and was waiting for 10-15 minutes because he had a new hire he was working with. Manager saw me waiting and continued away and ignored . After about 15 minutes I asked the teller if the manager knew a customer was waiting to speak with him, he stated yes he had sent the manager a message and that he’s aware that I’m looking for bigger bills?
