When I arrived there were 4 clerks behind the counter and they offered to help me and I said that I would like to speak to the Bank Manager. I learned he was in a "meeting" and said I would wait. I could see the manager on the phone and after 30 minutes one of the clerks, who I have since learned are called "Bankers" came to see if he could help. I had a question about a large amount of additional interest that I was being charged on my commercial loan. Tony, the branch manager would not even give me the time of day. I made an appointment to speak with him he left me waiting 15 minutes while he tried to look busy, then he never invited me into his office he left me sitting in the middle of the bank telling me how he couldn't help me.
