The customer service here is trash. It’s rare to see someone hate their job as much as the drive through lady does, it’s actually kind of impressive, as I would’ve quit if I was that miserable at work.
I went to this branch about 5 weeks ago. I was greated coming in sat waiting to be helped about 30 minutes ppl came and left. No one sd anything. A young man Came from drive through and I asked was anyone working in that side...he went to asked the other clerks...well no one could help me because they was short staffed. I spoke with Arieanna Mosley not sure if she is at this location. I hope this finds her well. She was able to set me up with an online account and a debit card after 4 years of being told that I wasnt able to get a debit card or online banking due to my rep payee account. She was patient and knowledgeable with me even though, I was frustrated with the inconvenience of having to always be physically inside a bank every month for years.
