I don’t know what is wrong with the ATM, but I have tried probably 20 different times over the past several years to deposit cash into this location, and it spits it back at me every single time, telling me it is unable to read my bills. I take the same bills to Newark or Heath and it works.

This place rules. This bank treats you like you matter. Every time I walk in I feel like a million bucks. No pun intended. The place is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. 10/10 Take some notes Chase Bank.
The past 2 times I have come to deposit cash at this atm it says bills cannot be read. They are newer bills and have tried multiple times with no success. Not sure if something’s going on with the machine but the branch/atm at the pataskala location works fine. ATM has been fixed, thank you for listening to our concerns and continue to be a great bank and this location specifically!
