If I call the Liberty branch in Giant Eagle to ask a question they tell me to contact the Youngstown office. The Youngstown office has NEVER answered there phone!! Just a voice mail to leave your name and number. Then they call you back at THEIR leisure!! Also the ATM at Goldie road and Belmont Ave. works about half the time and it was installed about six months ago! So you have to drive to Austintown or Howland so you don't have to pay to get YOUR money out!
