I would like to preference. This review was stating that the staff themselves were not an issue and it was mainly how Huntington itself operates. Today, May 30, 2025, I went into this Huntington on Hamilton Avenue to withdraw cash for a check that I had deposited the previous day. I wasn’t planning on trying to withdraw cash until I noticed via the Huntington app that the Check Balance had posted and showed 100% available. They treat your money like it’s their money. They are rude and try to team up on customers. Such a weird experience
We were so excited to be working with Huntington. Yet, choosing this location has put a hold on our productivity. I would advise applying for loans elsewhere. Shana is the loan officer that could not do the job. She legit ghosted us that is not how other loan officers work.
This is a solid bank. The employees are so very helpful and they remember me and my dog Brutus. Highly recommend
